Job summary

The Dolphin Hotel in Surry Hills is seeking hardworking hospitality staff to support a busy pub environment. You will assist across bar, cellar, and back-of-house operations, with emphasis on teamwork and safe handling.

This role offers hands-on training, flexible weekend availability, and real opportunities for career development within The Point group.

The Role

You will support our operations across a range of key areas, including:

• Glass collection
• Back-of-house operations
• Cellar duties

What You'll Be Doing

• Manual handling, lifting, and moving stock
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas
• Assisting with keg changes and cellar operations
• Restocking bars & help in set-up/pack-down of venue
