The Dolphin Hotel in Sydney is seeking experienced bartenders to join a lively, friendly team within The Point portfolio. You will mix cocktails, pour beers, and deliver high-quality service to guests in a fast-paced, social environment.

The role emphasizes presentation, efficiency, and a positive attitude on every shift. Strong weekend availability is preferred, with a proactive, supportive approach during peak trading hours.

What You'll Bring to the Bar

• Proven experience working in fast-paced pub or bar environments
• Confidence in cocktail preparation and mixology
• Skilled in beer pouring and drink presentation
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and service
• The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected when things get busy
• A friendly and efficient approach to customer service
• Great organisational skills to keep the bar clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times

Availability & Flexibility

We're a busy venue, especially on weekends, so we're looking for someone who:

• Has strong availability on weekends
• Takes a flexible and proactive approach to supporting the team
• Is happy to step up during peak trading hours when the energy is at its highest
