Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or eagerness to grow in hospitality.
• Confident, well-presented and highly organised.
• Strong communication and a warm, engaging personality.
• Ability to manage busy dining and event coordination.

We're on the lookout for someone to join our team as Venue Host - overseeing the welcome desk and assisting in function/event coordination. The ideal person will be:

• Confident, well-presented, and highly organised
• A strong communicator with a personality that lights up the room
• Experienced in hospitality - or genuinely eager to grow and develop their skills

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be right at the heart of the action, taking care of:

• Greeting and seating guests in our busy dining room
• Coordinating events & functions with confidence and flair
• Making sure guests always feel looked after
• Managing table turnover tactfully and efficiently
• Making quick, smart decisions when things get busy
• Communicating clearly with both guests and team members
