Job summary

The Ary Toukley seeks an experienced Cellar & Maintenance Attendant to support our club operations. You will manage cellar stock, assist with maintenance, and help ensure smooth service across bars and function spaces.

Ideal candidates will have proven hospitality cellar experience, strong stock control and keg handling skills, current RSA, and the physical ability to move stock and perform minor repairs as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality cellar operations and stock control.
• Knowledge of keg handling and beverage stock management.
• Ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• Capable of working independently with reliability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check beverage deliveries against orders and invoices.
• Rotate stock and maintain accurate records.
• Stock bars and service areas; conduct regular stocktakes.
• Maintain cellar, cool room, and storage areas; keep clean and safe.
• Assist with moving equipment and venue setups.
• Follow safe work practices when handling stock and chemicals.
