Job summary

Patritti in Adelaide seeks a hands-on hospitality leader to drive the guest experience at our cellar door. You will manage daily operations, lead the team through Friday–Sunday peak trade, and build engaging wine experiences with the winemaking team.

This is a daytime role with occasional evening functions, focusing on service quality, sales growth, and compliant operations. You will roster, coach staff, handle cash/POS, and foster local relationships to grow visitation and events.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in hospitality, cellar door, restaurant, bar, events or similar venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead smooth daily Cellar Door and Cellar 2 operations, especially Friday-to-Sunday trade.
• Create a warm, knowledgeable guest experience.
• Lead wine tastings with winemakers to craft engaging experiences.
• Manage private, group and corporate functions from enquiry to delivery.
• Build function opportunities and drive venue sales through local relationships.
