About the Role

This is a hands-on role within our award-winning boutique Hunter Valley cellar door, working Friday, Saturday and Sunday as part of a small, professional team. You’ll host wine tastings, manage cellar door sales, welcome and communicate with guests staying in our on-site accommodation, and help deliver events and special experiences across the property. You’ll also play an active role in growing our wine club membership and building ongoing relationships with our customers. With spectacular vineyard views, outstanding single-vineyard wines and a growing brand, the role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the experience we provide and the continued growth of the business.

About You

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys wine, hospitality and people. You’ll have previous cellar door experience, a good working knowledge of wine and the confidence to lead an engaging tasting without making it feel scripted or overly formal. You’re warm, personable and professional, with a natural ability to read the room, start conversations and make guests feel genuinely welcome. You understand that great service is about the little things, and you’re comfortable recommending and selling wine, introducing guests to membership and helping turn a great visit into an ongoing relationship with the brand. You’ll be reliable, well presented and happy working as part of a small team where everyone pitches in. Most importantly, you’ll take pride in giving every guest an experience they’ll remember.

Why You'll Love Working With Us
