Job summary

AstraZeneca Australia is seeking a Field Clinical Advisor to bring protocol expertise to cell therapy trial sites across Australia, improving site readiness, patient journey and enrolment.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Field Clinical Advisors APAC, you will train site teams, translate feasibility into actionable steps, and travel nationally to support study sites and program priorities, helping to scale our cell therapy function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline is essential.
• 5+ years in clinical research, trial operations or field-facing roles in oncology/haematology/cellular therapy.
• Strong GCP knowledge and understanding of the patient journey in cell therapy.

Responsibilities

• Act as protocol expert and field-based ambassador for cell therapy trials across Australia.
• Improve site readiness, patient recruitment and retention, and trial delivery.
• Deliver education and training to site investigators and teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Operations to support site performance.
• Travel nationally to support study sites and program priorities.
