Job summary

Morena Restaurant in Martin Place, Sydney, is seeking an experienced chef with leadership to drive kitchen operations and develop the team within our Latin American concept.

You will train staff, control food and wage costs, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexible six-day roster across lunch and dinner; Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Fine dining or hatted restaurant experience preferred but not essential.
• Latin American cuisine experience preferred but we will train suitable candidates.
• Role requires rotating lunch and dinner shifts with flexible roster.
• You will manage kitchen operations and develop the team while controlling costs and maintaining high standards.
• Australian work rights required.
