Job summary

Nomad Sydney in Sydney is seeking an experienced chef to join a lively, family-like team. You will work under a Head Chef in a fast-paced environment, delivering modern, high-quality dishes across diverse cuisines.

We require at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, the ability to handle multiple sections, and strong communication. Expect approximately 38 hours per week with a rotating Mon-Sun roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen.

• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Immaculate grooming and presentation.

You will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with a dedicated Head Chef and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. We are looking for an outstanding person who has some experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food.

• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
• Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun
