Qualifications

• Follow Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate (Health Care Competencies).
• Minimum of 12 months experience in residential care, health care or hospitality (Desirable).
• Current National police check with no disclosable outcomes.
• Current valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure catering service adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Complete food safety records as required by legislation.
• Work in line with the Food Safety Program at all times.
• Wearing appropriate uniform and protective clothing in the workplace.
