Overview

Join to apply for the Category Analyst role at Bega Group.

We are looking for a Category Analyst to join our Category and Insights team on a full time, permanent basis at our Docklands (VIC) office. You will provide analytical support across key portfolio areas, delivering data-driven recommendations and market insights to ensure a customer-centric and evidence-based approach to portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Providing analytics across the beverages portfolio including chilled juice and white milk
• Support the development of actionable category growth strategies for Chilled Juice aligned with Bega's 5-year commercial plan.
• Translate category strategies into point-of-purchase initiatives to drive sustainable growth across Chilled Juice, with additional support across Milk-Based Beverages (MBB) and White Milk as needed.
• Support grocery range reviews for chilled & ambient juice by translating category strategies into point-of-purchase recommendations for both the category and Bega. Support convenience range reviews and point of purchase opportunities as required.
• Effectively partner and influence internal and external stakeholders to navigate the complexities the portfolio across different channels.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or similar
• Previous FMCG experience is preferred
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing and revenue management.
• Experience with Circana, Quantium or Synergy data is preferred.
