Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is seeking a Casual Workforce Specialist to coordinate facilitators and markers for the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass. You’ll support rostering, onboarding, timesheets and payroll workflows, working closely with Education and People & Culture to keep workforce data accurate and processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Confidence using digital tools, including Excel, and data to support reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilitators and markers across the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass.
• Support recruitment, rostering and onboarding activities to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate casual workforce information across systems and websites.
• Assist with timesheet management and payroll workflows.
• Collaborate with Education and People & Culture teams to ensure policy alignment.
• Review and improve workforce processes for efficiency and impact.
