Job summary

AESED in Mirrabooka, WA is seeking an ongoing casual Trainer and Assessor to support the SEE and AMEP programs. You will deliver language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills training to a diverse student group and contribute to successful learning outcomes.

Role includes pre-training assessments, addressing barriers to learning, and using varied teaching methods to engage learners and meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills training to diverse learners.
• Experience in engaging students and using varied learning techniques to improve outcomes.
• Proven ability to identify barriers to learning and support student attendance and participation.
• Strong facilitation and assessment skills within a vocational context.

Responsibilities

• Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training to students.
