Supporting Your Independence is seeking caring Support Workers to provide person-centered in-home and community support in NSW. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and promote social engagement while respecting dignity and independence.
Experience is desirable; training will be provided. A valid driver’s license, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid, and WWCC are expected. Sleepovers and varied shifts are part of rosters.

As a Support Worker, you will be providing person-centered support to individuals in their home and community settings. The positions available are working in SIL/SDA homes and applicants will be required to complete Sleepovers, Afternoon and Day shifts as a part of the rosters.
In this role you’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, medication management, and promote social engagement, all while respecting the dignity, privacy, and independence of the individuals you support.
