Join our Casual pool of Support Workers to deliver NDIS services across the Greater Brisbane region.
We're looking for passionate and creative Support Workers to deliver supports withinLogan and Ispwich, including surrounding areas.
The role has a strong focus (but is not limited to) engaging participants in the Community. You will engage with participants and support them with their individualised plans and goals. This may include building connections within the community; assisting the person to attend a community event; identifying job interests, exploring work through supported voluntary work placements and learning to use public transport.
