Simply Helping is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for casual roles across Sydney, including Ryde and surrounding suburbs. You will support participants with in-home care, daily living activities, and community access, ensuring safety and quality of life.

Casual positions offer flexible hours with SCHADS-based pay and opportunities for ongoing supervision and development. Commitment to dignity and person-centred planning.

Qualifications

• NDIS Check
• Working with children check
• Current First Aid/ CPR
• Driver's Licence
• Vehicle
• Cert III or higher in Disability or Community Services (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home disability support to participants across Sydney
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as required
• Support participants to access community activities and appointments

We are seeking for experienced Support Workers in different locations to assist a variety of participants around Sydney. We have positions available for immediate start. The positions are casual and the paypoints are based on SCHADS Award according to qualifications
