Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader in Byron Bay to guide a dynamic team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold strict food safety standards. You will coach staff, monitor service quality, and help drive restaurant success with a positive leadership style.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a commitment to guest service, and readiness to complete required food safety and alcohol service certifications.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
