Thomas Robert Group (TRG) is hiring a friendly and reliable Casual to join our Chatswood Uniform Shop. We pride ourselves on personal, welcoming service to families and communities of our partner schools.

Ideal candidates have retail, hospitality, or customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents/guardians, and students. POS experience (AP21 familiarity a bonus) and WWCC are required or may be obtained before

As a service-driven organisation, the primary focus of the role is to offer a personalised, welcoming and professional uniform service to the families and communities of our partner schools.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Casual to join our team at our Chatswood Uniform Shop.

*There may also be opportunities for additional shifts across our other store locations, for candidates who are willing to travel.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer service-focused environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents/guardians, and students.

Experience using computerised Point of Sale (POS) systems. Familiarity with Apparel 21 (AP21) is highly regarded but not essential.

Availability to work additional hours during our peak back-to-school period (15 January – 15 February).

A current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or the willingness to obtain one prior to commencing employment.
