Job summary

Alinta Apparel is seeking a casual Uniform Shop Assistant to join our Belgrave Heights campus team. You will engage with customers, assist with purchases, and provide information on uniform sizing to create a welcoming shop experience.

Main duties include answering inquiries by email/phone/in-store, operating the POS, restocking, stocktaking, fitting uniforms, reconciling the till, liaising with Head Office, maintaining shop presentation, and following Alinta policies.

About The Role

We are looking for a casual Uniform Shop Assistant to join the team at our Belgrave Heights Christian School campus. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with customers, has a good eye for detail and is committed to providing exceptional service for our customers by assisting with their purchases and providing information and advice on uniform sizing and requirements to create a welcoming shop experience.

Uniform shop hours will be:

• Tuesday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Thursday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• First sat of each month: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Hours may be extended during peak periods such as school holiday
