Aurum Catering is seeking a Casual Relief Chef in Western Australia to lead dining staff and deliver exceptional meals for residents. You will supervise service, maintain high standards of food safety, and coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely, well-presented dishes that satisfy dietary requirements and resident preferences.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a hotel, restaurant, catering company or similar role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate dining staff to ensure smooth service.
• Lead meal service and ensure dietary needs of residents are met.
