Golftec Melbourne is seeking a friendly, confident team member for casual reception and events. You will host corporate functions, welcome members and new customers, and manage front desk operations with a focus on memberships and service. The role blends hospitality with proactive sales in a dynamic sports venue.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, enjoy conversations, and can juggle front desk duties with events. Availability on Saturdays and busy lead-up-to-Christmas periods is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, hospitality, events, reception or customer service would be valued.
• Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships.
• Motivated by helping customers and hitting sales targets.

Golftec Melbourne is looking for an outgoing, confident person to join our team across reception, membership sales and corporate functions. You'll help host our corporate events while also looking after members, welcoming new customers and keeping our front desk running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

About you

Outgoing, confident and comfortable starting conversations

A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships

Comfortable recommending memberships and asking for the sale

Motivated by sales targets and delivering great customer service

Organised and able to juggle front desk duties with a busy function

Reliable, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of a shift

Comfortable capturing content on a phone—an eye for social media is a bonus

Available primarily on Saturdays and weekdays in the lead-up to Christmas

Experience in sales, hospitality, events, reception or customer service would be valued
