About the opportunity

As a Production Chef, you will play an important role in preparing and producing high-quality, nutritious meals in a busy catering environment. This role is ideal for a Chef who understands that food needs to be not only delicious, but also safe, nutritious and appropriate for each individual's needs. A sound understanding of Texture Modified Food is essential, including the ability to prepare meals to the required texture and consistency while maintaining quality, presentation and food safety standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with menus, recipes and dietary requirements.
• Preparing and producing Texture Modified Meals to the required standards.
