Job summary

UPA Corporation Bhd in Molong NSW is seeking a Personal Care Worker for our casual pool at Prunus Lodge. You’ll provide person-centred care and help residents maintain independence, with flexible shifts that fit your availability.

These are direct UPA roles, not agency placements, offering induction, ongoing workplace support and opportunities to move into ongoing or permanent positions when available. Prior aged-care experience and a current First Aid Certificate are desirable.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent, or actively working towards one where permitted.
• Have a compassionate and respectful approach to supporting older people.
• Are reliable and comfortable responding to available shifts.
• Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Can work across a range of days and shift times.
• Previous residential aged-care experience and a current First Aid Certificate are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing respectful, person-centred care
• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Assisting residents with mobility
• Supporting medication administration when appropriately trained and assessed as competent
• Working closely with nurses and other care employees
