Job summary

UPA NSW is seeking Personal Care Workers/Care Service Employees for casual roles across Molong. You will support residents to maintain independence, wellbeing and connection to what they enjoy, with direct UPA employment from day one.

Expect induction, ongoing support and opportunities to move into permanent roles as vacancies arise; contribute to meaningful care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to supporting older people.
• Reliable and comfortable responding to available shifts.
• Australian working rights.
• Team player and able to work across days and shift times.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centred care.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Assist with medication administration when trained and competent.
• Complete accurate care documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses and other care staff.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
