UPA of NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Molong Prunus Lodge casual pool, delivering high-quality, resident-centered care across shifts. You’ll work within the RN scope, complete assessments, contribute to individual care plans and support the wider care team with documentation and clinical guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Must have current AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• At least 12 months post-registration experience.
• Desirable: residential aged-care experience, LeeCare or Medsig familiarity, and First Aid & CPR.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality, resident-centred nursing care within RN scope of practice.
• Complete clinical assessments and identify changing care needs.
• Develop and contribute to individual care plans.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Respond to changes in residents' health and escalate when required.
• Support medication management in line with policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and health professionals.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff on clinical competencies.
• Contribute to quality improvement, infection control and safe practice.
