Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking Home Care Workers to support clients in the inner North Perth area, with casual shifts across Menora and surrounds. You will deliver personalised services to promote health, happiness and independence, including personal care, transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, a valid Australian Driver licence, current First Aid & CPR, and a Police Check (last 3 years).

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is required.
• Australian Driver licence and access to own vehicle are essential.
• Current First Aid & CPR and a Police Check (valid within the last 3 years) are required.
• Experience in a care role is highly regarded and working rights in Australia must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including showering and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with transport to appointments and errands.
• Support with shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation.
• Foster social connection and companionship to promote wellbeing.
