University of the Sunshine Coast Clinical Trials on the Sunshine Coast is seeking motivated casual team members to engage and support people interested in clinical trials. You will be the initial contact, provide information, assess eligibility, and schedule first visits.

This hands-on role offers flexibility and opportunities to work in a collaborative environment, with shifts finishing in the evening and on weekends as required. Prior customer service or admin experience is valued.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, administration, or participant engagement roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when recording information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
• Confidence using digital systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in contact centre environments would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Engage potential participants via phone, text, email, and social media.
• Provide clear information about clinical trials and answer questions to support informed participation.
• Conduct pre-screening questions over the phone to assess initial eligibility and book clinic screening appointments.
• Accurately record data in secure systems while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to balance workload and support administrative tasks.
• Work with stakeholders across the network to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding participant recruitment and enrolment targets.
