As a Casual Optical Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best.

You'll guide patients through their eyewear journey, provide expert advice on frames and lenses, and create a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.

• A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
• Strong retail experience (optical experience highly regarded)
• The ability to quickly develop product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly manner
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade when required
