Strikeforce is hiring a Casual Merchandiser for the Hardware Team to service Forster and Taree area. You will visit hardware outlets, set up planograms and ensure product presentation aligns with client expectations. A flexible schedule and potential travel may be required.

Applicants must be 18+, hold Australian working rights, have a valid driver’s licence and vehicle, and be physically fit to carry stock. You will report via your own smart device and work in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Over 18 and Australian working rights.
• Live in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs.
• Current State Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 16 kg.
• High attention to detail and good planning skills.
• Own smart device for reporting.

About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store/s representing a full range of high-profile clients. You work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores & also work with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

You will need to have aflexible approachas work schedules can change with short notice and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Following Strict OH&S guidelines
• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations
• Planograms / Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements

• You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights
• Live in the advertise area/ surrounding suburbs
• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
• Physically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
• High Attention to detail & Strong planning skills
• Own Smart Device for Reporting
