Strikeforce is hiring a Casual Merchandiser for the Forster & Taree region. You will visit hardware outlets, merchandise products to brand standards, set up planograms and manage stock levels.

You’ll report results via your smart device and build strong relationships with store staff, while coordinating with projects teams on larger initiatives. Applicants must be over 18, have Australian work rights, a current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with stock levels, positioning and ticketing to client expectations.
• Ability to follow OH&S guidelines and work under pressure.
• Planograms/relays: execute and maintain compliance in stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Accurate reporting using a personal smart device.
• Flexible, 18+ with Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.

About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store/s representing a full range of high-profile clients. You work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores & also work with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

You will need to have an aflexible approachas work schedules can change with short notice and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Following Strict OH&S guidelines
• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations
• Planograms / Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements

• You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights
• Live in the advertise area/ surrounding suburbs
• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
• Physically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
• High Attention to detail & Strong planning skills
• Own Smart Device for Reporting
