Job summary

Strikeforce is seeking a Casual Merchandiser to represent leading brands in hardware outlets across Forster and Taree. You will manage stock, set planograms, and build strong relationships with store staff while supporting project teams with Bunnings and other retailers.

You must be 18+, Australian working rights, a valid driver’s licence, and own a reliable vehicle. You will work with a smart device for reporting and handle OH&S guidelines with occasional travel and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 18+ and eligible to work in Australia.
• Live in the advertise area/suburbs.
• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable vehicle.
• Physically fit – able to bend, lift and carry stock up to 16 kg.
• High attention to detail and strong planning skills.
• Own smart device for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follow OH&S guidelines at all times.
• Manage stock levels, positioning and ticketing per client expectations.
• Create and maintain planograms and relay executions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Provide accurate reporting using your own smart device.
• Manage time effectively and work under pressure.

Casual Merchandiser - Hardware Team - Forster & Taree

About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store/s representing a full range of high-profile clients. You work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores & also work with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

You will need to have a flexible approach as work schedules can change with short notice and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Following Strict OH&S guidelines
• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations
• Planograms / Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements

• You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights

• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
• Physically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
