Job summary

Strikeforce is seeking Hardware Merchandisers to cover Launceston and surrounding areas. As a DIY Brand Activator, you will call on hardware outlets, manage stock, and complete planograms to a high standard while building relationships with store personnel.

Flexible Monday to Friday availability, travel to multiple stores, and a fast-paced, physical role with teamwork and attention to detail. Prior merchandising experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with full Australian working rights.
• Live in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs.
• Current State Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Physically fit – bending and lifting up to 16 kg.
• High attention to detail and strong planning skills.
• Own smart device for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follow strict OH&S guidelines.
• Stock management and ticketing in line with client expectations.
• Planograms/relays – executions and compliance.
• Execute tasks, build displays and erect point-of-sale materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Accurate reporting using your own smart device.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Hardware Merchandisers

About the Role

** As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store representing a full range of high-profile clients. You work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores

** We also have work available with our Projects Team within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.which requires travelling to multiple stores to complete merchandising and store relays. This is a fast-paced, physical role where teamwork and attention to detail are key. Flexible availability & willingness to travel can lead to more hours

You will need to have a flexible approach as work schedules can change with short notice and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Following Strict OH&S guidelines


• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations


• Planograms/ Relays - Executions & Compliance


• Executing tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale


• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel


• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device


• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure
