Strikeforce is seeking a Casual Merchandiser for the Bundaberg area to represent high-profile clients in hardware outlets. You will manage stock, planograms, and reporting while building strong relationships with store personnel.

Flexibility is required as schedules can change with short notice and some travel outside the area may be needed. Must be 18+, hold Australian working rights, and have a valid driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle.

Competenze

• Must be over 18 with Australian working rights.
• Live in the advertise area/ surrounding suburbs.
• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle.
• Physically fit – bending & lifting (up to 16 kgs).
• High attention to detail & strong planning skills.
• Own Smart Device for reporting.

Mansioni

• Following OH&S guidelines.
• Product management including stock levels, position, and ticketing.
• Planograms / Relays - executions & compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Accurate reporting using own smart device.

About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store/s representing a full range of high-profile clients. You work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores & also work with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

You will need to have aflexible approachas work schedules can change with short notice and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Following Strict OH&S guidelines
• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations
• Planograms / Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements

• You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights
• Live in the advertise area/ surrounding suburbs
• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
• Physically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
• High Attention to detail & Strong planning skills
