Qualifications

• Medical administration or reception experience preferred.
• Able to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays; available for extra shifts.
• Proficient with computers and healthcare portals (e.g., PRODA, MyMedicare, Cubiko, Tyro).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and support doctors and nurses.
• Answer phone calls, triage inquiries and book appointments.
• Manage billing and perform general administrative tasks.
