Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning and room presentation.
• Passionate in providing friendly, personalized customer service.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard.
• Replenish amenities and linen.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Follow cleaning checklists and hotel procedures.
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
