You will prepare ingredients, cook a variety of dishes to menu standards, maintain hygiene, and work collaboratively with a friendly team to create memorable guest experiences. This role offers rotating shifts across breakfast and dinner, with immediate start and competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for cooking.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and plating of meals.

• Ensure excellent presentation of meals before service.
• Maintain proper food storage, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
