Job summary

New Farm Medical Centre Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking a GP experienced Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our busy team on a casual basis. The role offers 2–3 days per week with potential for additional shifts and progression to a permanent position.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, and work with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans. Excellent communication and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• Current registration as Registered or Enrolled nurse with AHPRA.
• 1–2 years' experience in a general practice (preferred).
• Aged care experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessment, treatment and monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Assist in minor procedures and infusions.
• Manage treatment room with the team under clinical lead.
