Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration with nursing scope in Australia.
• Experience in busy general practice or primary health.
• Experience with Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments.
• Ability to immunise, assist procedures and wound care.
• Stock ordering and inventory management responsibilities.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide immunisations and assist with clinical procedures.
• Wound dressing and ongoing wound care support.
• Stock ordering and inventory management for the practice.
• Manage reminder and recall systems for patients.
• Deliver quality care to diverse patient groups and age ranges.
