Job summary

ForHealth Group in Gladstone is seeking a casual Registered Nurse to join a collaborative team of nurses and GPs, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive and inclusive environment. You will work with a dedicated team, provide immunisations and post-vaccine observations, assist with minor procedures, and maintain accurate patient data

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice or an acute care setting.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations.
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Maintaining accurate patient clinical data.
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal.
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes.
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture.
