Job summary

The Faculty of Engineering at The University of Sydney is seeking three casual Exams Administration Officers to assist with processing and scanning examination papers during the Semester 2 period. This on-campus role is based at Darlington Campus (J12) and includes training on 12 November.

Availability across 16–28 November 2026 and 14–18 December 2026 is required. You will work with the Exams Office to reconcile papers against attendance, prepare for scanning, scan and upload to secure systems,

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or operational support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process examination papers.
• Reconcile papers against attendance records.
• Prepare papers for scanning (remove staples, sort documents).
• Scan examination papers for completeness and accuracy.
• Upload scanned papers to secure University systems.
• Maintain accurate records and follow handling procedures.
