Job summary

Pearson VUE in Sydney is seeking a Casual Test Administrator to join our team at Level 2, 10 Bridge St, Sydney NSW 2001. You will support delivering secure exams and provide exceptional candidate service, ensuring a smooth testing experience across multiple shifts.

The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts Monday through Sunday, with hours from 7am to 11pm, and pays $38.89 per hour. This is a casual position with emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail in a quiet testing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams desirable.
• Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills.
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable in a quiet testing environment with good hearing and vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
• Follow testing procedures and company policies.
• Check candidate ID against test registration; assist with setup.
• Explain exam procedures and invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Escalate policy breaches to relevant personnel.
• Complete light housekeeping duties after each examination scheduled.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as directed.
