The National Convention Centre Canberra (NCCC) is seeking an Event Services Team Leader to guide the shift team, delegate tasks, and ensure the smooth set-up and pack-down of events at the venue in Canberra. This role requires on-site attendance and a local presence in Canberra, ACT or surrounding region.

You will train staff, lead a section during events, and ensure clients are satisfied throughout. Local candidates with flexible availability will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team is advantageous.
• Full Australian Working Rights.

What's the job?

As an Event Services Team Leader you'll lead your team on shift and deleget tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Event Services Deparment. This will involve leading the team through set-up and pack-down proceadures and providing training to them when required. You will need to lead a section during events and ensuring that clients are satisfied throughout.

Due to the casual and event-based nature of this role, we are seeking local candidates who are currently based in Canberra, ACT, or the surrounding region and are able to reliably attend shifts onsite at the National Convention Centre Canberra.
