Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking casual early childhood educators in Townsville to support a range of services. You will work across multiple centres, engaging with children and families and assisting with daily centre practices and documentation.

We welcome applicants with Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, ACECQA equivalents, or those actively pursuing their qualification. Travel between sites and short-notice shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards).
• Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice.

Join our team of casual educators and work across multiple Affinity centres, based in the Townsville. Each centre has its own unique community spirit, and is led by an experienced and committed Centre Manager, supported by an Assistant Centre Manager and team of educators.

You already have:

• Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
• Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
• A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience in a long day care service
