Job summary

Journey Early Learning in Darwin is seeking a Casual Educator to support our Nightcliff and Millner centres across flexible shifts. You’ll join friendly teams dedicated to creating safe, engaging, play-based learning environments for children.

Minimum 4 days per week availability is required. You will work across different age groups, build relationships with children and families, maintain safeguarding standards and contribute to high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 days’ availability per week.
• Previous early childhood sector experience.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• National Child Safety Training completed.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Reliable, positive and confident working across different rooms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Looking for flexibility, variety and the opportunity to make a difference? Join Journey Early Learning as a Casual Educator across our Nightcliff and Millner centres.

With a minimum availability of 4 days per week, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different age groups, build your experience and become part of supportive, welcoming teams.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you’ll support the team where you’re needed, helping create safe, engaging and positive learning environments for children.

No two days are the same — you’ll build relationships, support daily routines and contribute to meaningful play-based learning experiences across our centres.
