Job summary

Journey Early Learning Durack is seeking a Casual Educator to join our welcoming team. With a minimum availability of 4 days per week, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different rooms and age groups, building your experience and contributing to meaningful play-based learning.

You’ll support the team in creating safe, engaging learning environments, adapt to changing daily routines, and foster strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 days’ availability per week.
• Previous early childhood sector experience.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completed National Child Safety Training.
• Reliable, positive and confident working across different rooms.
• Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you’ll support the team where you’re needed, helping create safe, engaging and positive learning environments for children.

No two days are the same — you’ll build relationships, support daily routines and contribute to meaningful play-based learning experiences across the centre.
