Journey Early Learning Delacombe is seeking a Casual Educator to support high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care. You will assist with engaging, play-based learning and help deliver positive developmental experiences in a welcoming centre.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Mandatory Child Protection Certificate
• National Child Safety training or willingness to complete

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning through play-based experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Contribute to educational programs reflecting children's interests

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Educators who enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about children's learning and development.

You'll bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• A completed Mandatory Child Protection Certificate
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's wellbeing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different routines and team needs
• A positive, collaborative and reliable approach
• A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
