Job summary

Journey Early Learning Delacombe in Ballarat is seeking a Casual Educator to join our friendly team. You will support high-quality early learning experiences, foster safe, inclusive play-based learning, and help with daily routines across age groups.

With a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent, you’ll work flexibly to suit your lifestyle while gaining ongoing professional development through Journey Academy and a collaborative Centre Leadership

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Mandatory Child Protection Certificate.
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete.
• Commitment to providing safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning through engaging, play-based experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
• Contribute to educational programs that reflect children's interests and needs.
• Help create safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments.
• Support daily routines, care and learning experiences across different age groups.

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Educators who enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about children's learning and development.

You’ll Bring

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• A completed Mandatory Child Protection Certificate
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete
