Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd at Armstrong Creek, VIC invites a Diploma-qualified Casual Educator to join our team at 2113 Warralily Blvd on a casual basis. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn, aligning with EYLF.

The role involves supporting play-based learning, routines, supervision, and building strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check required.

Casual Educator | $38.71 – $47.68 per hour | Armstrong Creek, VIC

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Diploma qualified Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Armstrong Creek, located at 2113 Warralily Blvd, on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
