Casual Early Childhood Educator – Horsham

About us: QuickCare is an early childhood staffing platform. We partner with long day care centres to fill casual shifts with qualified, dependable educators, and we support our educators every step of the way, from onboarding to every booking.

About the role: We're seeking casual educators to join our team in Horsham. You'll pick up shifts at local centres, providing support when they need an extra pair of hands. You set your availability, and we'll match you with shifts close to home. This role is ideal for educators wanting flexibility – whether you're studying, managing family commitments, looking for extra hours or returning to the sector.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver safe, caring and engaging education to children across all age groups.

Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, rest and nappy changes or toileting.

Encourage children's learning through play, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework.

Collaborate with room leaders and permanent staff to uphold ratios and care standards.

About you:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently studying towards one.

A current Victorian Working with Children Check (employee, not volunteer).

Able to travel reliably to centres in Horsham and surrounding areas.

Flexible, reliable and confident stepping into a new room at short notice.
