QuickCare is seeking casual educators to join our team in Eastern Suburbs NSW. You’ll work shifts at local centres, choosing days you’re available and getting matched with nearby shifts. This role offers flexibility for balancing family commitments or extra hours.

You will provide safe, nurturing care, support routines, and engage children in play-based learning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework. A current WWC, First Aid, and relevant training are required.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• WWC (Working with Children Check) is required.
• First Aid Certificate is required.
• GEKO Training (Child Safety Training) is required.
• State Protection Training is required.
• Food Safety training is required.
• Queensland blue card / Working with Children Check is required.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training is required.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle or reliable transport to travel to centres across Eastern Suburbs NSW.

About the role:

We’re looking for casual educators to join our team in Eastern Suburbs NSW. You’ll work shifts at local centres, stepping in wherever extra support is needed. You choose the days you’re available, and we match you with shifts nearby. This role suits educators who want flexibility. That includes balancing family commitments, picking up extra hours or easing back into the sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide safe, nurturing care and education to children across all age groups.
• Support daily routines, including meals, rest, and nappy changes or toileting.
• Engage children in play-based learning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Work alongside room leaders and permanent staff to maintain ratios and care standards.
• Communicate warmly and professionally with children, families and centre teams.
• Follow each centre’s policies and procedures, including child safety and child protection requirements.

About you:

• You hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
